Hello All!!

Well I have been a member of SW since February 2012, tried SW and WW lots of times in the past and fell off the wagon. This time something seems to have clicked, it may be as I go to group every week without fail - I have lost 3st!! In addition to this I have lost 9 inches off my waist and dropped 3 dress sizes. I am currently 9.5lb away from target but I may lower it a bit more.

To date I have been following EE, but I am thinking of trying Green and Red as well. Today is my first green day and I am really enjoying it and think I may be having more of these!!!

Green Day

Breakfast:
35g Porridge Oats (HeB), Pineapple (SF)

Lunch: Pasta Arrabiata (F+SF), Lettuce (SF), Spring Onion (SF), Pepper (SF)

Dinner: Jacket Potato (F), Baked Beans (F), 30g Cheese (HeA), Lettuce (SF), Pepper (SF), Spring Onion (SF)

Other:
- 250ml semi-skimmed milk (HeA)
- Alpen Light Double Choc * 2 (HeB)
- Muller Greek Yoghurt Lemon (1/2 syn)
- Curly Wurly (6 syns)
- Options Belgiam Choc (2 syns)

Daily Syns:
8.5

So that should be my day. Will edit if anything changes ;-)
