So glad I found this site picked up so much advice already its great. This is my second attempt at SW, first time I tried it I had a good weight loss first wk 7lb but then started to put on weight after that and gave up, I managed to lose 3st myself taking me down to 15st 10lb from 18st 10lb but then the weight loss just stopped so Im determined to stick with it this time.
Been on SW second time around since last Mon 29th Oct weighed myself this Mon 5th Nov and had lost 5lb meant to say just doing SW myself from home as I still have the book from last time and money a bit tight at the moment, anyway I couldnt resist going on the scales again today and it says I have put on 3lb since Mon Im gutted wish I never went on them now, I got really upset as I thought I was doing really well. I have put a bit below of what I eat on an average day and any advice would be great thanks xx
Breakfast - Bannana, apple and mullerligt with cup of tea
Snack - Green tea with velvet crunch crisps (4 syns)?
Lunch - Homemade veg soup, 2 slices nimble bread with dairylea light (hea heb), activia yoghurt
Dinner - Something like cowboy pie, campfire stew or chilli with lots of veg
Snack - More fruit with mullerlight or curly wurly
