Thought i'd Start a Brand New Food Diary as i've Discovered i'm Pregnant with my Second Baby I've already lost 5 Stone 1lb in 11 Months and i had a Target of Losing 12 Stone in Total.
Now that i'm Pregnant i wish to keep the Weight i've already lost off and to Continue with SW Throughout my Pregnancy & Once i Consult my Midwife on Monday to see what a safe Weight Loss i can still achieve. I was this Weight when i had my Son 3 Years ago and i Just wish i had been on a SW Plan then..i had a Terrible Time and i do Not wish to have the Same Problems due to being soo Overweight.
Very Early days as i'm only 6 Weeks gone..So after going to Class Tonight and Chatting to my Consultant i have the Information i need to Continue with the Plan as i want to be as Healthy as i can be for myself & my Baby...
First Day of EE Pregnancy Plan..

Boiled Rice with Chopped Spring Onion (Felt Quesy so Light Lunch) WW Carrot Cake 4 Syns
Slice Wholemeal Toast 400g, Spread 1 Syn, Wafer Thin Chicken. Apple
3 Tesco Half Fat Cumberland Sausages 3 Syns, 3 Slices Bacon Medallions, Beans. Apple
Sugar for Tea 2 Syns, Hifi Light Bar, Glass Milk 250ml ss
Fluids : Milk 500ml ss, 2 Glasses Squash
HEXB : 3 Slices WM Toast 400g, Hifi Light Bar
HEXA : Milk 500ml ss
