Sammy Venns last 1/2 stone..........
Hello everyone, I have been looking on this site for ages and love following everyones diarys.Thought i would start my own! I restarted s/w last week to shift my last half a stone. I managed to lose 1 1/4 lbs, not a huge loss but because I havent got a big amount to lose im happy with that! This was my diary for last week. Would love some feedback or tips to help me along......
Friday 19th Nov Green day
B - Omelette with onions, peppers, tomatoes, baked beans 28g cheese (1A) Milk (1A)
L - Pasta with roasted veg & 1/2 tbl spoon Mayo (2?)
D - Jacket potato with low fat spread (2) Beans & 2 x bread (1B)
S - Sesame seeds (1B) satsuma / muller

Sat 10th Nov Green day

L - s/w quiche with peppers toms mushroom & onion 28g cheese (1A) beans
D - Went out for a chinese, half potion of plain chow mein, half portion of cantonese style sweet & sour chicken, half portion of sizzling beef & half portion of fried rice - no idea on syns so guessing 35
S - Burger (we went to the dogs) 15 Muller / pear Wine / gin 30 Not a good day at all & cant believe how much I ate!

Well I ended up having a large glass of wine last night so 10syns for that

I had to use all of my will power today at work, the girls cracked open a tin of roses! I had 3....could have been much worse!

Friday 23/11/12. Lost 1/2 lb, a little disheartened but in the right direction! Hopefully a little more next week & back into the 8's :-) :-)

Dansak was yummy! Couldn't eat it all though so saved half for tomorrow's dinner.....
