get back to 12 stone by xmas
I hit target of 11.10 in July but since then the weight has crept back on. I now weight 12.8 but all that is about to change. I've decided not to go back to group until I hit 12 stone again. Not cos I don't like group but because I'm pretty skint at the mo.
So I thought I'd try going it alone with the support of everyone on mm. I'll log my food, excercise and syns daily and wi on Sundays.
my My motivations to lose weight are the thought of shopping for size 12 trousers in the sales and for a sense of achievement to get my healthy lifestyle back to fully priority.

Today has been ok. Haven't felt hungry and have eaten large bowls of hearty meals.
Porridge fruit and yogurt
Bean and aubergine stew with rice
stirfry with cabbage and tofu
Syns yog .5 rice .5 oil 6 sauce 2 total 9
Also went circuit training x

I have done well today. I cycles to work, 10mile round trip. Work is quite stressful so must distract myself from the temptation to comfort eat.
Lunch: beetroot soup 4 syns, whole meal pitta, Apple, 3 tangerines
Dinner: milk, vegie sausages, eggs, beetroot soup 4 syns, pitta bread 7 syns
Apple.
Total syns 15.5

Another successful day. I had a sneaky peek on the scales today and it shows i"ve lost 4lb! Don't how that happened. Not going to count my chickens, will weigh officially on sunday. My danger now is relaxing and eating lots of sweet stuff to celebrate and then be back to square one.
Todays food
Porridge, fruit and yogurt
Soup and pitta bread
Milk and 2 veggie sausages
Lentil and root veg stew
Syns: biscuit 5.5, coconut milk 4, half pitta n cheese 6. Total 15.5

Well done Leedsrose, Im new on here today, have lost about 20lbs so far but am really struggling at the mo....desperately dont want to put on weight again!!

I have totally fallen off the wagon. Been binge eating since Friday. Weighed myself this morning and i've put on 5lbs. Disappointed in myself. But today is a new day and I must pick myself up and be optimistic about future. I can still get to 12 stone for Xmas.
I find when I use minimims it helps me stay on track, writing down what I eat makes me more accountable for it and less likely to over eat in the evening. My problem is I will feel too shy to write down everything when I have a binge, then I forget about minimins and go off the rails only to regain my control a few days later. I will track my food all week, good or less good. I want my skinny sales shopping trip.
Today i've had fruit and yogurt and 2 teas.

Waiting in cafe. Ordered jacket with beans and cheese for lunch. On green using my hex a's for cheese. Want to be back in control, feeling good about my weight/eating habits.

Had a moment of control over lunch..realised I was full and left the last 2 months fulls of lunch on my plate. Quite unusual. Had 2 boiled sweets and an americano.
Plan to have cauliflower, potato, chickpea curry and fruit and yogurt for dinner. Then this evening I will keep active by continuting with my decorating. Once i've finished dinner i"m not allowed anything else except herbal tea.

This is an example of mu commitment to writing everything down even when it doesn't go to plan. Today hasn't been bad just not fully sw. When I got home I couldn't be bothered cooking a seperatw sw meal for myself. I had lamb ribs but they were covered in fat, I made a stew with them
Today I have eatenporridge, fruit and yogurt

Eggs, smoked salmon, 2 wm pitta 7 syns
Huge piece of Choc flapjack
Milk
Lamb stew
Pitta with smoked mackrel

Don't have anything for lunch tom, may have to improvise with tin of beans
