Lou's Food Diary!

I'm going to try and post my food in here everyday, good or bad! Hoping this will keep me (somewhat) in check and motivated :)

I'm a 21 year old student, and over the past year put on 2 stone after moving in with my boyfriend and no longer having my mum's lovely cooking to keep me healthy. I HATE cooking so naturally my diet became full of ready meals and take away :( I've managed to lose over 1 stone since May, jumping from one fad diet to the next which wasn't really appropriate for long term loss. My new aim is to lose 3 stone, as I've always been on the larger side and never truly been happy with my weight, and also have a healthier lifestyle as I've felt generally rubbish and tired for quite a while now. I'm excited to start seeing results!!! I'm doing slimming world mostly by myself at home (boyfriend is also semi following it  ) and weighed in for my first week +6.5lbs!! Awful.

So I will be back later on today for my first proper entry!

HI

Just popped in to say - diary looks good.

I'm drooling now thinking of eggy bread mmmm

I used to do mine with fruit on top with yogurt poured over it - I used Frozen Fruit and warmed it through before putting on the eggy bread.

Not thought of using it for bacon and mushrooms. mmm might have to have that Friday nt as hubby is out...

Good luck

Hi Kats! Thankyou, glad I'm on the right track :D

Eggy bread is loveeeely, and I eat it far too often haha. It is amazing with bacon I definitely recommend it, it's one of my favourites. If you try it let me know what you think.
Sounds yummy with fruit and yogurt! I will have to try that as I was wondering what I could have with it when it's sweet - I just used to smother it in jam before.

xx

Morning

Just seeing what your having, ur lunch sounds good - is it what I think it is BSR between two bits of bread toasted! I am just thinking BSR between two bits of eggy bread even better.

I have worked out my grub for today, but like this idea for lunch next week.

Have a good day.
