One more stone to go :) need some help :)
I have been doing calorie counting from July till now and I have lost over two stone. Feel like I am struggling with the last stone so I am changing to Slimming world.. I have done Slmming world before and have all the books.. Could someone have a look at my menu please see if I got it right. I'm going to continue calorie counting for the rest of this week till my weigh in day Friday then start on sat. Only because I want to get rid of my foods that I can't eat on slimming world. thanks
So menu for next Friday
Extra Easy
375ml skimmed milk (HEA)
BREK - 42g All Bran (HEB)
LUNCH - 2x quorn sausages, mushrooms, beans, 1x dry fried egg, 2x slices of nimble bread(HEB)
DINNER - wholemeal pasta, Phili (HEB), bacon medallions
SNACK - tangerines, apple

Hi lulum welcome. How old are your SW books?
You are allowed 1 HEA and 1 HEB per day - so if your using 40g of Kellogs All Bran that is your HEB you will have to syn the bread etc.
You need at least 1/3 of each meal to be Superfree your pasta and bacon are free not superfree, your Quorn sausages are 1 syn each.
Take a look at peoples diaries these will give you an idea of whats what. Good Luck

No problem were all here for the same reason - your extra 2g of all bran could make a difference too, I know 2g doesnt seem a lot but it all mounts up. This mite help - http://www.minimins.com/slimming-wor...one-wrong.html (Where Could You Have Gone Wrong?)

thanks for your help with the menu. I know i posted it up early but I thought I would do my homework first. I am still continuing with the calorie counting untill sat. I feel a bit scared now because with calorie counting you measure everything, im scared that I will gain weight and undo all the hard work.
Do any of you do slimming world at home?
