Havent been on sw for a while now, and had 4 takeaways this weekend. 4 in 2 days. Not acceptable. Ive decided enough is enough i am going to commit myself and get slim! Im going to to look in the mirror and be happy!

Not very exciting or appetising but had no time to shop and wanted a quick fix!

Back on track with a vengeance today, have a good week. What day is your WI? 



would love to go!! But my sister, and a few friends do it.. So just use theyre knowledge plus mini mins and google! Im aiming to lose a stone by xmas along a some other ladies on mm . Buying some scales tomorrow and just going to keep my own log! Ill keep you updated.. All the best xxx
