My new diary kind of, plus a little rant lol, need more motivation :(
Anyone who has loads of motivation please pass some my way, as i have -10 will power
im just so bad what is wrong with me, i never even used to need to diet lol i used to just stay at 9 stone all the time, then 2 years ago i dieting for my 21st and went from 10 stone my biggest to 8 stone my smallest and i was happy, it was perfect for my short statue lol, don't have a clue how i did it as i struggle to lose a few pounds now!
everything was easier when i was younger lol, i suppose i went out alot more and didn't have time to stuff my face. I find it so hard though, i did manage to lose half a stone in around august, yeah that lasted, I'm back to the same weight.
so now I'm trying my hardest to get back down to at least 8st10 first goal would be 9, but even at 9 i feel too big for my size so need to carry on and not just stop at 9 lol.
im planning to rejoin slimming world and go to the classes i found that motivated me pretty well.
i mean its not rocket science eat less move more, i know that but the temptation over comes me really bad, then i feel so guilty, just a vicious circle.
so yeah if anyone has any tips on how they stay strong please let me know
i do look at other peoples diaries and it helps me too.

eugh dont care for them much, gave i to my cats lol. prefer the mackeral in mustard
dont feel hungry today well there a few things in the fridge i could easily pig out on, there a tikka masala ready meal looking at me lol i looked on the back and its like 25 grams of fat etc, nope not even gonna go there.
edit: had a celebrity slim chicken soup lol! It was out of date a bit :\ woops
edit again, felt bit hungry so i made some wholegrain rice, chicken stock cube, mushrooms, sweetcorn and beans and some chilli powder, its actually really tasty and its free i think, yum think i found a new lunch or dinner lol

well this day went a bit wrong lol
Had nothing for all day, then went for an indian, had a chicken dansak which is 7 syns, no naan bread or anything else, had a few vodka slimline tonics it all went well...
then i had some cocktails which are full of syns
drunk loads more vodka
then when i got home i made the rice thing what i made last night which was hardley any syns, but then ruined it by eating 2 burgers and they had to be about 20 syns each!
so guess of syns is alot!
today i do fancy some hangover food but going to have a mcains jacket potato with some salmon and get back on track
D: mcains jacket, then made something up which consisted of, onions, peas, sweetcorn, brusells, seafood tail things,and stock, it was nice
had quite alot of it though and the whole potato there pretty big so feel so full up, but only a few syns for the potato and a few for the tails maybe, not sure.
you should be ok if u stick yo your syns for the rest of the week im sure your night out wont affect x
Aw thanks yeah i dont drink alcohol all the time so supose obce in a while is okay as long as i make up for it for like a week afterwards ha x
Felt bit hungry this morning didnt feel like porrige so i had a light choices cupasoup chicken noodle, added half a chicken stock cube half a teaspoon or marmite and it was tasty! Im very much a saucy/liquid person and this was really tasty, bit salty so prob wont have it alot but defo curbs the hunger, and its only 2 syns for the cup a soup.
i am all about sauce... if i didnt have sauce i would be size 8 i reckon haha i need it for everything.
When i have my big breakfast (which ive had 4 days this week hehe) i need tomato sauce for my egg and brown sauce for my beans .... its needed
Yeah Defo i hate dry foods need the sauce lol,i love lea n perrins on my jacket potato and sweet chilli n soy sauce for my noodles and tomatoey cheesy sauce for pasta! Oo i love it hehe
i need to start learning how to make syn free sauce im off tomo so maybe ill sit down and write some recipes x

D: need to go shopping so i just had a random, pasta, beef stock, marmite, tomato puree, beans some corned beef
i know its weird but it was really nice and prob only about 4 syns for the corned beef and 2 syns for soup
also had a few bits of chicken with some sauce, and a few mint matchmakers

B: 2 weetabix small semi skimmedmilk bannana(hexb) coffee semi skimmed milk
L: mcains jacket mashed with 2 light triangles(hex a), marmite, bit of tomato puree, smoked salmon, cucumber, bit of mustard dressing, this was yum, loving the potato mashed with dairylea triangles and marmite tastes lovely, oh and some chilli ontop
Syns so far 2 for milk, 2 for dressing 1 for potato
S: 2 slices of more salmon
D: 2 turkey breast topped with with garlic, tom puree, 2 light triangles under neath the bacon with fat cut off, boiled rice made with stock chilli and onions, broccoli. This was yummy! Need to get turkey breast more often from aldi
