    Craftlady's food of the day

    I've decided to keep my food diary online just to keep track of what I'm doing.
    So here goes:

    Breakfast

    Cinnamon and apple porridge
    35g porridge oats (HEB)
    Made with water and milk from allowance
    Cinnamon, 1 grated apple, 15g sultanas (2 syns)
    Peppermint tea
