Havnt been sure about starting a diary but hell - here I am! Started SW on 20th November having reached a horribyl large weight! Lost 4lbs in the first week and now into the second. Am going to keep a food diary to keep me on track and to allow others to point out where I might be going wrong! My first week went well but I didnt really track what I was having and want to make sure I am following the plan 100%.
So far Today:
35g All Bran (HEB) + Semi-Skimmed Milk (HEA)
Baked potato, Tuna, Extra Light Mayo (1), Mozzerella (6) Lettuce Cucumer, Tomato
Muller Light Greek Lemon Yogurt (0.5)
Bananna, Plum, Satsuma
SW Chips, Ham, Egg, Tinned Tomatos
SatsumaJaffa Minis (6) - not sure ill bother with these again.....
Syns - 13.5
Must kick the cheese! If I look like im not doing it right please let me know
