Hey!!
This is my diary to help me look great for my 30th in March.
I have always been a yo-yo dieter, at my slimmest I have weighed 9stone 9 and heaviest around 14 stone. I am currently 11. The times I have lost weight before admittedly havent been the 'right' way, fad diets, not eating enough etc.
My 'before I'm 30' resolution is to get out f the yo-yo cycle and live healthy, I know slimming world works and is good to follow for the family and long term.
So here is my diary....I am doing slimming world alone and would greatly appreciate any tips or advice on how I am doing / how to improve.

. The only think I would say is yesterday you didn't have much superfree as 1/3 of each meal should be.
