Well have been off track for a while now so thought it would be best to start a fresh food diary, and hopefully i can stay on track and get to where i wanna be!
I generally do Red/Green as i don't like a lot of veg and i LOVE the extra hex's
So will start with the last couple of days and then carry on as normal.
Any comments or advice greatly appreciated, i'm going on my holibobs in a couple of months so need a few boots up the jacksie
First mini goal is to lose another 2 lbs which will give me my Club 10
I am also trying to use all my syns as our C said they are there to be used, and i definatly feel deprived when i don't have them so i have a little "treat lunchbox" where i count out 15 syns worth of yummy and then hubby puts away the rest until the next day on top of the cupboards so i can't reach...although i have been known to climb occasionally lol

D - 2 x cheese (hexa) on toast (hexb) and a tomato mugshot

Hexa - 250ml Milk
Hexa - 40 r/f Cheese
Hexb - 35g Puffed Wheat
Hexb - 2 x WW Bread
Saturday 1st December Green Day x
B - None
L - Super speed soup & Activia 0% yogurt
D - Mashed potato, peas, carrots, 100g Roast Beef (hexb)
Syns - 12 Tictacs (1), 10g E/L Flora (1), 18 ~Mikado's (9) Boots Mint Shapers Bar (4)
Syns Total - 15
Hexa - 250ml SS Milk
Hexa - 250ml SS Milk
Hexb - 100g Roast Beef
Hexb - 2 x Rocky Road Hi-Fi Bars
