    Hey guys,

    Well have been off track for a while now so thought it would be best to start a fresh food diary, and hopefully i can stay on track and get to where i wanna be!

    I generally do Red/Green as i don't like a lot of veg and i LOVE the extra hex's

    So will start with the last couple of days and then carry on as normal.

    Any comments or advice greatly appreciated, i'm going on my holibobs in a couple of months so need a few boots up the jacksie

    First mini goal is to lose another 2 lbs which will give me my Club 10

    I am also trying to use all my syns as our C said they are there to be used, and i definatly feel deprived when i don't have them so i have a little "treat lunchbox" where i count out 15 syns worth of yummy and then hubby puts away the rest until the next day on top of the cupboards so i can't reach...although i have been known to climb occasionally lol

    So here goes...

    Friday 30th November Green Day x


    B - Activia yogurt 0% and a banana, 35g Puffed Wheat (hexb) 250ml Semi-skimmed Milk (hexa)

    L - Super speed soup

    D - 2 x cheese (hexa) on toast (hexb) and a tomato mugshot

    Syns - 12 tictacs (1) Boots Shapers Strawberry Bar x 2 (8) 12 mikado's (6)

    Hexa - 40 r/f Cheese
    Hexb - 35g Puffed Wheat

    L - Super speed soup & Activia 0% yogurt

    D - Mashed potato, peas, carrots, 100g Roast Beef (hexb)

    Syns - 12 Tictacs (1), 10g E/L Flora (1), 18 ~Mikado's (9) Boots Mint Shapers Bar (4)

    I've had to do Green the last couple of days as i said i was going to have the super speed soup everyday for lunch as i really wanted my 2 lbs for my Club 10 this week....however i don't like it!
    Bit late considering i have a fridge full of the stuff, but there are other homemade soups that i prefer that don't have lentils./beans etc in them, will see how it goes, i don't want to waste it but i really don't like it either!

    Well time to get back to it, this Christmas has been pretty crappy, lost my father in law on Boxing Day and the week before wasn't pleasant, but i need to start to get back on track as i feel rubbish, having eaten utter rubbish for the last couple of weeks....

    Here is yesterday's:

    B - Banana & Mullerlight
    L - Sausage & Bacon S/W
    D - Roast Turkey, Roast Potatoes, green beans, sprouts, swede & carrot mash

    Hexa - 250ml SS milk
    Hexb - 2 x WW bread

    Syns - 12 tictacs (1) Gravy (4) 10g e/l flora (1) 2 x hifi light bars (6)
    Total - 12

    Today i'm not sure, i think we are having cold meat, mash and beans which i love, i'm not doing great on veg, even though i was planning on trying EE, but my head is in such a state atm, that i think i'm doing pretty good!

    I have a plan, that has been in place for a few months, and even though i'm well behind, i'm still gonna try and do it and that is to be 10st something by the 4th Feb when we leave for New York.
    That's 14lbs in 5 weeks, so i'm hoping to shift 3 lbs a week for the next 5 weeks, and have no idea how i'm gonna do it, so if you have some tips for me, i am definately all ears

    I hope everyone had a fab Christmas, and here's to getting back on track!

    Will update today's food later once i know what i am having, all i know for sure is that it won't be junk so not having tonnes of veg can't hurt (won't help either but certainly won't hurt!)

    Hi pixie hunni - so sorry to hear your news I was just thinking last night we hadnt heard from you for a while. Glad your back though, it will be hard picking yourself back up but you can do it, Im here if you need a shoulder or an ear to bend.

    I did thanks pixie very quiet but still nice - and its the first year for about 19-20 that ive not had to cook lol. So i could relax and have a drink as i wasnt playing taxi either.
