Piglets food diary!!
Hi, decided i would post what im eating for tips/advice been doing sw for almost a week, weigh in is tuesday ekk! Will find out if im following the EE plan right then, hope so! Im looking to lose 3.5 stone in total! So today has been: rasberries, blackberries with activia 0% yoghurt for breakfast! Small amount of cottage pie with salad, tomatoes, cucumber for dinner! Hi-fi bar (heb)! Grapes and melon! Cod with new potatoes, carrots for tea! Kitkat- 5.5 syns! Drinks: no added sugar juice, tea with sweetner and milk (hea).
