Well here goes!
Decided to write a diary to see if that will help keep me motivated. I did SW a few years back and lost over a stone and a half, but.. got bored and put it all back on. Fast forward a couple years and I got married and happy - and you guessed it, husband size portions have seen me put even more on.
So... with just under a third (EEEEEEK!) of my body weight to shed, here we go. I will be doing mainly red/green days, with extra easy at weekends so that I can fit in a bit better with everyone else.
All advice really appreciated!
Weds 5th December. Green
Breakfast: none (I know, but I really struggle eating in the mornings so this will be a bit of a learning curve!)
Lunch: Omelette, baked beans, mushrooms, tomato, 2xWM toast (HexB)
Dinner: Spicy pasta soup made with chicken (HexB), pasta, stock, onions, garlic, carrots and 1x Babybel light (part of HexA). Toffee Muller Light
Snacks: 2 crisps out of a packet of Velvet Crunch (they were vile, tasted of socks.. not that I am talking from experience - just what I'd imagine socks taste of) and one Thorntons chocolate. No idea of syn values.. anyone?
Drinks: Tea using milk out of allowance but nowhere near the full amount.
