    Hollie slimming world diary!!

    Hi everyone! I did weight watchers last yeAr nd got so close to my goAl.. Unfortunatly i have now put it all back on and an extra half a stone. Im finding this board quite quiet haven't had many replies yet on my other posts :-( anyway id appreciate as much help As possible as i am new, im not going to meetings going to see how i get on myself, i may go in the future but im going to. See how i get on. I will be doung extra easy , has anyone got any tips? X

    Can someone tell me i this sounds okay!!???
    First say so need to know if im doing right ?

    Hi hollie welcome to SW. My first bit of advice is that you aren't having much superfree. you really need to be filling a 1/3 of your plate with it. It's important that you try to get this into as many of your meals as possible when you can.

    Also what type of wholemeal bread was that - was it from a small loaf? Also how much dairy spread did you use? It's important to weigh out your HEX's and syns when required.

    Hey love. Just reiterating what was said above, make sure you have Superfree and if I'm honest stay away from mugshots. They are a lot of cals for something not that great. Making up some wmeal pasta and veg yourself would be loads better, as then you're getting Superfree in it too x

    Heyy, the mugshot was literally a fast things as i dont hve time at work to make things... i dont like wholemeal pasta x

    Hiya thanks for replying... the bread was nimble bread... which i read you can have two slices and i have two teaspoons of dairy spread.... i couldnt find the spread anywhere on the info which i have ?... for the superfree i will be eating fruit as snacks... and i have a mullerlight(forgot to put tht ) also i dont eat much veg but im gonna try but that will only really be with my evening meal x

    The meetings are really good if you get a good group. Having to get weighed every week keeps me on the straight and narrow lol

    Also someone posted to stay away from mugshots, I don't agree. What's free is free and they are handy for people who work and don't have access to other cooking things. I take them to work at least once a week, I like the tomato and basil ones and yes, wholemeal pasta and veg would be better for me but sometimes a mugshot has to do.

    So last night went good, i joined the local meeting with my friend. They said they was suprised we was joining so near to christmas haha! I got the plan in my head more now and because i can go online its going to make it a lot easier for me!

    Tuesday 11th

    hexA-40g low low cheese for salad
    hexB-2alpen lights
    Syns-10.5 (special k crisps,milk,saladcream,five alive drink)
    snacks- grapes, mullerlight, aplen light

    Breakfast- aplen light & mullerlight
    Lunch - Ham salad with cheese from hexA special k crisps
    Dinner- Butternut squash and potato chips with some meat not sure what yet
