SWcorsags1 Food Diary!
Okay, so I have been doing SW on and off for a few years now, and lost over 1 1/2 stone last year. Small issue is Ive put a stone of that on since March- A mixture of too many holidays, and not getting my focus back!
Anyway- I want to be back down to my lightest (10st4.5), and thought what best way to do it but to share my experience with you all on here.:eek:
Starting tomorrow, and ive already planned my food diary , and exercise routine- I actually get weighed at class Thursday PM.
So here's my stats as from 27th December, 2012 from my last weigh in.
Latest weigh in (27th December, 2012) 11st 7lbs :mad:
Height: 5ft 6.5 inches (The half makes all the difference)
Clothes size: 12 (Just- Slightly snug):rolleyes:
Target weight: 10st 7lb (Then I will re-evaluate)
SW Diet: Extra Easy
Will update my fooddiary etc tomorrow, Hope you all enjoy my journey!

D: cheese and broccoli pasta sauce & 1 pickled egg
T: prawn egg fried rice
