Hi All,
I'm new to this forum and Slimming World- my mum lost a lot of weight at SW so I'm hoping to follow in her tracks. I've tried WW before but failed miserably.
I thought it would be a good idea to keep a food diary on here to help me stay on track and get some much needed support. My first class is on Thursday, so i'll start my diary from Friday- ive got the determination & motivation to hit the weight loss head on this time as I'm the heaviest I've ever been & to be honest it's starting to get me down.
So here goes....
