Well here I am again! After joining around the same time last year and successfully losing 3 stone from doing slimming world at home with just the books and the support of minimins, I had a fab family holiday in August to France and unfortunately found it difficult to get back on track once we returned, hence why I'm back. Last time I started at 15.2 and got down to 12.3, I'm starting this time at 14.6 and i'd like to get to 11.7 and see how I feel once I'm there.
So.....roughy 3 stone to go....again! Lol.
I'll be mainly sticking to green days with the odd extra easy day thrown in.
Wednesday 2nd January...green
Breakfast. Porridge HEB made with water, and a banana.
Lunch. Baked potato with baked beans and salad.
Tea. 6 wholegrain crackerbread HEB with cheese HEA.
Snacks. Pineapple, pear, apple.
Syns...express rice 2. Cheese HEA. (i was bloody starving by 7.30! Lol) Cheesecake mullerlight 1. Options hot choc 2.
Total 5 syns.
No pics today sorry!
I'm planning on drinking at least a litre and a half of water every day and at least an hours dog walking

Ello ello!! Posting to subscribe, but I'm too braindead to have much worth saying today, lol! We're actually very similar weights at the moment. I'm 14st 9lb, but hoping to have lost a tiny bit of that this week. I'm aiming to get to 11st 7lb initially, then 11 stone eventually, but we'll see how it goes. Good luck hun xx

I hadn't realised our current and initial goal weights were so similar!! I mainly use my phone and can't see people's stats, I just have to guess lol.

Thursday 3rd January food plan
Breakfast. Porridge HEB made with water. Fruit.
Lunch in Costco. Baked potato with beans and maybe cheese HEA.
Tea. 2 slices wholemeal bread HEB. Scrambled eggs.
Snacks. More fruit.
Syns. Not sure yet.
Very similar to yesterday's food but I'm not planning on making a habit of it, it's because I ate out for lunch on Wednesday and Thursday and baked spuds are the easiest option.
Can't wait to get back to work on Monday, I love routine :) sad I know lol. Although there's a chance I could be in all day Monday and Tuesday so will have to be super organised with what food I take (normally because of the hours i work i don't eat any meals at work) Probably something like pasta in a homemade veggie sauce that I can just shove in the microwave for a few mins.

Can't tell you the last time I had jacket and beans so yes actually!
Headache might be lack of sugar, or too much caffeine or not enough fluids. How much have you drunk today? Xx

I don't really do caffeine.....we have caffeine free coffee at home and at mum's, not had any today though. Had about 5 largish glasses of no added sugar squash today and the options hot choccie. I can't stop bloody peeing lol. Just taken a couple of ibuprofen before I jumped into bed...it's that's bad :(
Apart from the bad head though I feel great....back in control....love it!! :)

I hope so.....my son's back at school tomorrow so an early start. All I've got planned for the morning though is putting a couple of loads of washing in and a nice long dog walk, just me with them both as OH is in work for 8.30am. Then Costco with mum at lunch time, need to take something back to m&s, then pop her to sainsburys for a few bits. 4 more days then I'm back at work

Not too bad now thanks. Still have a vague headache though. Yep we went out and about :) baked spud and beans in Costco, almost boiled to death in M&S and rushed round sainsburys lol. I wanted to get back to let the dogs out....I have visions of them sat wiggling with their legs crossed!!
Really looking forward to my egg on toast for tea :) as soon as I've picked OH up from work I'll be having it. Not necessarily because I'm hungry but because I can't wait!
Bought my potatoes today to go in the carrot soup, might make it in the morning

I was hungry when I got in so now I'm full of eggs, toast and tomatoes, even if they were ones with chilli added.....OH opened them lol. Him and my son have had sausages, fried egg, beans and chips.....I feel great eating healthily :)
Need to drink more this evening as I've not really had that much yet today as I've been out
