Well here I am again! After joining around the same time last year and successfully losing 3 stone from doing slimming world at home with just the books and the support of minimins, I had a fab family holiday in August to France and unfortunately found it difficult to get back on track once we returned, hence why I'm back. Last time I started at 15.2 and got down to 12.3, I'm starting this time at 14.6 and i'd like to get to 11.7 and see how I feel once I'm there.
So.....roughy 3 stone to go....again! Lol.
I'll be mainly sticking to green days with the odd extra easy day thrown in.
Wednesday 2nd January...green
Breakfast. Porridge HEB made with water, and a banana.
Lunch. Baked potato with baked beans and salad.
Tea. 6 wholegrain crackerbread HEB with cheese HEA.
Snacks. Pineapple, pear, apple.
Syns...express rice 2. Cheese HEA. (i was bloody starving by 7.30! Lol) Cheesecake mullerlight 1. Options hot choc 2.
Total 5 syns.

I'm planning on drinking at least a litre and a half of water every day and at least an hours dog walking
