    Day 1 EE

    HEA:Milk
    Breakfast : HEB 2toast
    Lunch: 2clems ban
    Dinner:massive bowl couscous, mushrooms and beetroot

    Snack:boiled rice,salad

    Trying to get back into the swing of things bearing in mind I'm full of cold, got no appetite and generally poorly

    New day tomorrow!!!

    No syns today as I'm out for a family meal the next 2 evenings!!!!

    Syns will be on my meal out tonight, still feeling poorly but trooping through!!!!
