Beans Food Diary

Im doing this food diary to keep an eye on what im eating because i am obsessed with food! I can literally spend all day researching food recipes and then cooking and eating them at night!

Its time i recorded it so i cant forget what ive eaten....
so here goes, starting with yesterday!

Wednesday 2nd Jan 2013...


Breakfast: Allbran with semi skimmed milk - used both healthy extras

Snack: Bowl Fruit with ff natural yog and sweetner

Lunch: potato scones with beans and bacon

snack: banana and yogurt (1/2 syn greek muller)

Dinner: Chicken done with smash and eggs and bbq frylight, red cabbage, turnip and carrot mash and roast potatoes and gravy (2 syns)

Snack: mars ice cream (7 syns) and a bag of popcorn from sainsburys low fat range (2.5 syns).

Total syns was 12.

Weight - 12st 12lbs

Also, was preparing some cauliflower curry sauce (syn free) for tomorrow nights dins and ate some of that over left over chicken from dinner! whoops! At least syn free and superfree but did i really need to eat that as well! lol. i dont think so!

Breakfast: Bowl strawberries with strawberry greek muller (1/2 syn) and a summer fruits alpen light sprinkled together

Snack: banana and chocolate orange alpen light

Lunch: stew with dumplings

Snack: peach and greek muller (1/2 syns)

Dinner: Cauliflower curry with mushrooms, onions, red cabbage and carrot and turnip mash with either rice or chips ( not decided yet)

Snack: mars ice cream (7 syns)

1 sea food stick

Banana

Total syns - 8

healthy extras used on 2 x alpen lights and milk for tea

Will update later if i eat more or change my dinner plans!

Lunch: stew with a bowl of fruit and yogurt for dessert

Snack: velvet crunch (4 syns) + pear

Dinner: minced beef meatballs and mint gravy with roasties and carrots and cauliflower cheese.

Breakfast: Bowl banana with strawberry greek muller (1/2 syn) and a summer fruits alpen light (3 syns) sprinkled together

Snack: none

Lunch: 2 x sainsburys Cumberland sausages (1 syn), bacon, fried egg, tomato, mushrooms and beans

Snack: none

Dinner: Sweet Chilli Chicken (1 1/2 syns) with egg fried rice and chips and wm pitta (healthy extra)

Snack: alpen light bar (3 syns), greek muller (1/2 syn), bag of sainsburys popcorn (2.5 syns), banana, tea and dilute apple juice, 3 x sw fererro roche @ 1 syn each

healthy extras used on wm pitta and milk for tea

Dinner: roast beef in gravy, frozen veg and roasties.

Dinner: ham fried with pasta and veg and cheese sauce (4 syns) + corn on the cob

Snack: popcorn (2.5 syns) and alpen light bar

healthy extras used on 2 x alpen lights and milk for tea and cheese sauce and potato salad cheese

Lunch: chicken and bacon casserole and veg (1 syn)

Snack: tea and Greek muller (1/2 syn)

Dinner: chicken curry (1Syn) made in slow cooker with rice and wholemeal pitta (healthy extra)

Snack: pear and Greek muller (1
1/2 syn)

Alpen light 3 syns + 5 syns worth of m&s low fat wholegrain honey bbq snacks

healthy extras used on wm pitta and milk for tea

Syns total - 14.5

Weight - 12st 12lbs - stayed the same

Exercise - 45 mins of kettle bells - back to the gym with a bang!! And it almost killed me. Must remember not to take time off like that again. Grrr

Lunch: prawn salad with potato salad (3 syns)

Dinner: steak, chips veg and pepper sauce (1.5 syns)

Snack: 2 cadbury eclairs - 2 syns and velvet crunch 4 syns

healthy extras used on 2 x alpen lights and milk for tea and cheese sauce and potato salad cheese

Potato salad recipe

Tinned potatoes, philly light garlic and herb, pealed and chopped apple and natural yogurt. Leave in fridge over night.
