Lost 4.5lbs this week!!
thats the xmas gain plus another one for good luck :)
just to work at getting this other extra 3lbs off and then its further on downwards :)
Just realised Ive taked my BMI from Morbidly obese to obese :) Still not great obviously but its a start... onwards to being classified as overweight! ill never be as happy as to be called 'overweight' at that moment lol Ill still need to lose another 3 stone... but im keeping it to slow goals at the minute to not get ahead of myself and crash and burn again.

- 2lbs to be under 16stone
- 5lbs to get 3.5 stone
- 1lbs to be 15.5 stone
