    Starting from scratch again after pretty much a year of faffing about and basically just maintaining my weight with ups and downs...

    100% days here I come

    Banana

    pasta
    Light mayo ( 3syns)
    Cheese (hex a)

    Snacks
    Special K chilli crackers (11syns! I ate nearly a whole box!)

    Reason to lose weight #1 - So I can feel like a Badass!!








    Valentines Day
    6 weeks to Valentines Week
    Challenge - lose a stone
    ( - 5.5 lb lost - 8.5lb to go)


    Goals
    3 stone gone (again) - 0.5lbs to go
    under 16 stone (again) - 2 lbs to go
    3.5 stone gone - 7.5lbs to go

    Progress
    Starting again after christmas - back up to 16 st 7 D:
    8th Jan - 4.5lbs!
    16th Jan + 1lb
    23rd Jan -no weigh in
    31st Jan -1lb
    6th Feb -1lb

    thats the xmas gain plus another one for good luck
    just to work at getting this other extra 3lbs off and then its further on downwards

    Just realised Ive taked my BMI from Morbidly obese to obese Still not great obviously but its a start... onwards to being classified as overweight! ill never be as happy as to be called 'overweight' at that moment lol Ill still need to lose another 3 stone... but im keeping it to slow goals at the minute to not get ahead of myself and crash and burn again.

    First things first

    - 1.5lbs to hit my 3stone again
    - 2lbs to be under 16stone
    - 5lbs to get 3.5 stone
    - 1lbs to be 15.5 stone
    - 4lbs to get 4 stone
