    Nashers nashing away diary :)

    Going to log my food diary here so can keep track & give me somewhere to add pics of recipes etc...

    Egg, HEb wholemeal toast (2syns flora light) beans, salad, (2syns salad cream light) fat free bacon

    (0.5syns) Shape yoghurt
    Satsumas x2
    Red grapes

    Sw spaghetti bolognais and pasta

    (5syns oats so simple sachet with HEa skimmed milk) granulated sweetener, banana

    Boiled Egg, HEb wholemeal toast (2syns flora light) salad, basalmic vinegar (2syns salad cream light)

    (0.5syns shape yoghurt) red grapes, satsuma

    Jacket potato, beans, salad, basalmic vinegar (2syns philli light sweet chilli 1tbsp)

    Sw chilli, runner beans and roasted new potatoes (fry light)

    Leftover pasta and spag bol
    Satsuma, banana

    HEa skimmed Milk - coffees

    Total syns - 6.5
    (Didnt eat all the tats in pic as thought there was too many for the amount of superfrees)

    Hiya yes we just boiled them for a bit then sprayed thrm in frylight and put in oven for about 20 mins turned them over and did the other side for 20 mins they were lovely

    Really long day today! Was out till 7pm lol and the plan suffered a bit for it!

    1 x grained bread (3syns) marg 2syns) ham

    Was so hungry didnt say no to this!:

    Roast potatoes x 2 in fat Beef Cabbage Brussel sprouts Carrots Parsnips 1 x small yorkshire pudding (3syns) Gravy (6syns)

    Breakfast - banana (was in a rush for school run lol)

    Lunch - tomato and herb mugshot, muller light with strawberries, raspberries, & red grapes, satsuma, glass of skinny squash

    Dinner - mccains jacket 1 syn, lowlow cheese slice 2syns, mushrooms, spring onions, carrot sticks, icegems lettuce leaf, spinach, cucumber, beans, 2syns salad cream light, basalmic vinegar.

    Shape yoghurt 1syn

    Boiled egg sandwhich - 2x wholemeal 400g (HEb) flora light 2syns cucumber springbonions and a few pickled onions

    Skimmed Milk in coffee (HEa)

    Hot choc 2syns marshmalloe cut up 1syn, squirt of cream 2syns

    Total - 11 syns
