Diary of a new Mummy
Hi all, so i started SW yesterday, had a WI thursday night im 10.5 want to lose a stone in 12 weeks minimum.
Please point out any mistakes you see as i am knew to this.
Food yesterday-
B 2x brown 400g loaf bread HexB
scrambled egg (milk HEA)small amount used
Mushrooms
Beans
L- banana muller light toffee yogurt (free)
D- SW chicken tikka masala
Fat free yogurt
Chicken
Tomato puree
Onions
Garlic
Mushrooms
Loads of different spices
Rice
Spicy homemade potatos in fry light
The SW book says 1 syn for this? Unsure why is it because of yogurt??
3x teas throughout day with left over HexA and sweetener
Lots of sugarfree squash
I am full of flu atm so havent eaten as much as i usually would hence only having a yogurt for lunch.
Only 1 syn yesterday too!! Going to treat myself today tho :)

Breakfast today- 2x 400g BB with tiny spread of light butter 1syn HEXB
Fried egg
2x grilled bacon
Tomato ketchup 1syn
Fruit salad - melon,strawberrys,apple & banana
Lunch- steak, jacket potato and side salad (had this at wetherspoons so im guessing the steak will have been fried) i wont be using any more syns today so hopefully that will cover it??
Snack- 1/4 melon
Tea- spagetti bolognaise
Extra lean mince
Tinned tomatos & pasata
Garlic onions peppers mushrooms and herbs
Pasta
40g light cheddar (HEXA)
May have strawberry muller an strawberrys later on
Had lots of water and a diet pepsi today to drink.

food looks good... as long as your filling your plate with a 3rd superfree which looks like your doing ..
that stone will be gone in no time!

WI is thursday so im knocking the 'fry'' ups on the head for 3days now.breakfast-

Snack- alpen light bar 3syns
Muller toffee yog
Lunch- leek and potato fresh soup (made with a bag of mixed veg) im hoping this is free

Green day today in a hope to boost a bigger loss at WI tomorrow:
Breakfast - Melon and apple
2x brown 400g loaf (hex) with 25g extra light phili 1.5syns (saving my 2x cheese options for later.. You will see :) )
Cup of tea with 2x chocolate hobnobs :( 5syns each! = 10syns (worth it tho)
Lunch- chicken savoury rice
45g feta cheese (hex)
Tomato and cucumber
Snack later will be strawberry or toffee muller light and a alpen light bar (hex)
Tea later will be tomato and garlic pasta bake.
With tinned tomatos passata mushrooms peppers onions..etc and light cheddar cheese on top (hex)
Late night snack alpen light bar (hex)
Im loving all these healthy extras i can have on a green day!!!
Weigh in at 6pm tomorrow!!! Im hoping iv lost 2/3lb this week i feel that iv been good! Iv stuck to plan 100% and not used all 105 syns.
