Hi all, ive joined slimming world today for the final time. Last time i did slimming world i lost 5 stone but sadly i have put it all back on. Im going to florida in september so really need to be back in my holiday clothes by then. i have got 7 stones to lose and want to do it this year.
Breakfast: mixed fruit including apples, peach, grapefruit, plum and banana and a black coffee.
Lunch: pasta in sauce (1 syn) with a mixed salad
Tea: home made beef burger in a wholemeal roll (heb) with wedges made in the actifry and mixed salad. (2 syns for dressing) (2 syns for BBQ sauce) cheese (hea)
snacks: yogurt and banana.
