    im joining the club

    Hi all,

    Im joining slimming world on tuesday. Im excited. Tried loads of fad diets and lost lots of weight but iv always gone back to old habits.

    Im starting back training tomorrow twice a week with my football club so its a good time to start.

    Iv never done slimming world,so what should i expect? Iv read up on it and it all looks good.

    How has your experience been?

    I love sw. I have done ww before but never lost as much as i have on sw. You are never hungry and can eat lovely filling foods!!

    Hi lotty.

    Thanks for your reply. Im good when i get going and im strict but the diets iv done have been quick fixes and only lasted until i started eating again. How did you find the different methods they use. I am a bit confused by that. My sw coach (i was texting him) said he would spend time explaining.

    I have found i have got used to it really well. I love pasta. I did extra easy days at first. Prob best to start there. Your consultant will run it all through with you. X

    Sorry just one question. Is it like ww in any way were u have to work out points or syns as they are called. Like im bringinh pasta to work tomorrow and the sauce iv used is ww roasted garlic...
