    BRAND NEW ME - EE PLAN

    i could write a whole page on how ive been on so many diets and always ending up falling off the wagon so Im not gonna do that Its a new year and im eager to change my eating pattern.slimming world here we come please feel free to give me some pointers


    Breakfast

    2 nurti grain biscuits hexb
    grapes
    apple

    lunch

    Caesar Salad, letteuce, Onion, chicken
    3 tbs kraft light caesar dressing
    shapers rhubard crumble yoghurt


    Dinner

    meatballs, pasta and vegetables ( courgettes, peppers,mushroom,onioins and cherry tomatoes).
    hexa 42g catherdral light

    syns used

    6 used/ 99 left

    day off from work so no food planned fingers crossed i dont mess up

    breakfast / brunch

    2 rashers bacon
    baked beans
    mushrooms and cherry tomatoes


    not to sure about lunch and tea so will pop in later when i decided

    lunch

    still full from breakfast/brunch


    dinner

    mushy peas curry smells and taste great the hubby loves it too couldnt shut him up lol
    sw style chips
    2 slice of weight watcher wholemeal bread,
    shapers zero apple crumble yoghurt

    snacks
    grapes

    I don't think nutrigrain biscuits are a hexB? Unless they are in the new 2013 pack... I have the 2012 pack.

    yeah you can theres four biscuits in a pack but you can only have two as hexb. but to be fair they are quite dry so two is plenty

    A bit of a unplanned day today woke up late so didnt have time to organise my food, need to start planning the night before

    breakfast

    2 nutri grain breakfast biscuits
    apple/grapes

    lunch
    sothern fried chicken fridge raiders
    ministrone mugshot and grapes

    dinner

    small donner kebab
    with mint and barbecue sauce mixed salad
    large tub of mixed melon

    Breakfast

    4 nutrigrain breakfast biscuits (2 hexb)
    apple/grapes

    Lunch

    ham salad (letteuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onions )
    kraft french light vingerette
    Shaper zero raspberry yoghurt


    Dinner

    2 egg cheese omlette (2 hexa)catherdral light ( mixed peppers mushrooms, and ham )
    Letteuce and cucumber

    absolutely stuffed nothing more for me tonight

    Friday green day


    Bad day today crap day at work, emotional eater could of really pigged out today

    Breakfast

    4 nutrigrain breakfast biscuits (2 hexb)
    apple

    lunch
    Jacket potatoe with beans and cheese
    classing cheese as (2hexa ) as I got it ffrom hey potatoes from the food court where i work, very nice tho

    2 slices of Garlic bread came with the jacket potatoe random I think but again very nice gonna class it as 10synns

    Dinner

    most likely pasta with tomatoe sauce and veg

    scrambled egg made with fry light

    Roast lamb and a bit of gravy mmmmmmm
    cheese and onion smash
    100g if that roast potatoes 2.5 syns
    brocolli, sprouts and carrots

    gerknins and cheese (hexa) 40g catherdral light
    christmas cake

    wafer thin ham, cucumber and onions
    shape raspberry yoghurt
    tomatoe and herb mugshot

    Dinner

    Left roast leg of lamb
    tesco ratatouile half a tin (1 syn) very nice with dried chilli and garlic
    coucous

    Snack

    asda salt and vinegar crisps 6.5
    husband tempted me to a bakewell tart 9syns at least I only had 1

    havent had hexa need to plan these in a bit more, would be so much easier if i had milk in my tea or coffee

    syns used

    16.5 ( recoup that back tomorrow ) so max syns for tuesday is 13.5
