i could write a whole page on how ive been on so many diets and always ending up falling off the wagon so Im not gonna do that Its a new year and im eager to change my eating pattern.slimming world here we comeplease feel free to give me some pointers

meatballs, pasta and vegetables ( courgettes, peppers,mushroom,onioins and cherry tomatoes).
