Food Diary for a Newbie!!
Hello guys! I'm new to SW, and hoping I'm doing it right. On top of doing EE I only drink water, black tea, and black coffee unless otherwise stated. I also started a fitness DVD on day 3!
Day 1: Breakfast; 2 boiled eggs, large flat mushroom, and 10 cherry tomatoes.
Lunch; Roasted carrot soup and 60g wholemeal bread.
Dinner; Salmon burger, sweet potato, and salad with 30g cheddar.
Snacks; Banana, satsuma, spaghetti hoops.
Syns; 7.5 1/2 tsp honey, 1 tsp olive oil, and special k biscuit moments.
Day 2: Breakfast; 35g porridge oats made with 250 ml semiskimmed milk and frozen berries.
Lunch; 5 seafood sticks with salad and pickles.
Dinner; Roasted vegetables (tomatoes, pepper, mushroom, brocolli, parsnip, 2 carrots, sweet potato and potato)
Snacks; spaghetti hoops.
Syns; 13.5 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp clover, 125ml white wine, 2 chocloates.
Day 3: Breakfast; Mushroom ommlette
Lunch; Roast Carrot Soup, 60g wholemeal bread.
Dinner; Wholewheat pasta with a tomato and tuna sauce, and 30g cheddar.
Snacks; 2 oranges.
Syns; 10 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp honey, 3 chocolates.
Day 4: Breakfast; 35g porridge oats, 250ml semiskimmed milk, and a banana.
Lunch; Puy lentils, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
Dinner; Quorn and vegetable casserole.
Syns; 10 olive oil, plain flour, puy lentils, special k biscuit moments.
