    Thumbs up Deb's Diary to 83lbs Lighter

    Hi Everyone,

    I'm Deb, I'm 25 (Soon to be 26 in Feb) and 16 stone 13lbs. I had my first meeting on Wednesday night and I started my plan on Thursday.

    I'm making a food diary to keep me on track and hopefully get support from all you lovely SW followers This is the first time I've ever done SW so any advice would be appreciated and if im going wrong please steer me on the right track (especially with syns!)

    I have 83lbs (5 stone, 13lbs to lose) so here goes........


    Thursday- Green

    Breakfast - Bunch of Grapes, 1 Coffee, 1 Apple , Skim Milk HEA.

    Lunch - Homemade Tomato & Basil Soup, Vanilla Yogurt, 1 Banana

    Dinner - Homemade Philly Quiche (4 Eggs, courgettes, onions, mushrooms and peppers), 75g Light Philadelphia HEB, Diet Irn Bru

    Syns - Single Cream (In soup) 1 Syn, Jubbly Ice Lolly 1 Syn. = 2 Syns Total.


    Friday- Original

    Breakfast - Grapes, 1 Apple, 1 large coffee, skim milk (HEA)
    Lunch - Homemade Tomato & Basil Soup, Raspberry Yogurt, 1 Apple, 12 Slices cold meat (Garlic Sausage - anyone know if these are syn'd?)

    Snack - 6 Melba Toast 3 syn (Could I have these as a HEB?), 75g Dairylea spread HEB

    Dinner - Steak, mushrooms, Chips, Hot Sauce 1 syn, All cooked in fry-lite.

    Syn - Jubbly 1 syn, single cream in soup 1 syn = 6 Syns Total

    Saturday - Extra Easy

    Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms, Coffee, Skim Milk (HEA)

    Lunch - 12 Melba Toast, Dairylea Spread (HEB), Apple (6 Syn)

    Dinner - Lemon & Thyme Sea Bass, sugar snap peas, green beans, Salad

    Syns - 5 Gin & Slimline Tonic 20 Syns, Kellogs Cracker Crisps 2. Syns Total = 28

    Sunday - Extra Easy (So Far)

    Breakfast - Bacon, Egg, Nimble (HEB), Tea (Skim milk HEA), Sweetener

    Lunch - Kellogg's Cracker Crisps 2 1/2 syns, Mullerlight,

    Dinner - SW Colourful Carbonara
