My Food Diary for motivation!
So I'm going to start a food diary in the hope it motivates me to stay on track!
Feel like I had a really bad weekend, they always seem to be my downfall! I was 10 syns over then had a Freddo, Twirl, M&M's and some Pringles last night!!
My weigh in is on Wednesday so I'm going to try and keep my syns to a minimum for the rest of the week in the hope I can still see a loss.
Today I've had:
Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Weetabix, Activia fat free yoghurt & Melon
Tea will be Pasta Arrabiata so I'm aiming for a syn free day!
