Can someone help me re my food diary. I am not sure if I am doing it correctly.
Breakfast - banana and ff yoghurt
Lunch - homemade lentil soup, bananna and a ff yoghurt
Dinner - pork curry with boiled rice
I have had lots of water to drink. No fizzy juice or tea/coffee
I have not used any syns or my hexa or b!! I am kinda stuck!!
