Picking a day....
Am I doing this right....
On a green day.
65g of salmon is a healthy extra b.
100g salmon is 9 syns
I have a piece of salmon that is 110g raw
If i have salmon as one of my healthy extras then I only have to syn 45g of salmon
Which is 4 syns.
So I hardly ever have meat or fish. Maybe once or twice a week so I've been having green days. Tomorrow is my first day since I started where I have to decide between green or extra easy. So obviously if I have a green day I get extra HEXB and an A if I want it. How do you guys pick?
It feel easia for me to stick to green all the time.
But is what I did above correct?
I hope this makes sense.

It feels like I'm trying to get the 'best value' from my day.
Maybe my attitude is wrong and I should say 'I'm having fish so I'll have an extra easy day'

As long as your synning it you should be fine, the only extra thing you would getting really was a bit more milk/cheese so I wouldnt feel guilty. I tend to still stick to a third super free even when on red and green, it's not essential just think it helps
good luck x x
