I'm starting a new diary to help me stick to plan throughout my pregnancy. I'm currently 4 weeks gone with my 3rd child. I gained a ridiculous amount of weight with my first baby & not so much with my 2nd although still more than I would have liked!
Sw helps me to eat really healthy with at least 5 portions of fruit & veg a day which I normally wouldn't eat, so sticking with plan will really be good for me & baby.
I am going to have all 15 syns a day with all 4 healthy extras. If anyone knows if this is ok for mums to be I'd welcome your feedback.
Day 1. Green

Milk. (1a)

2 x toast (1b)
2 x fried eggs
Spread / brown sauce. (4)
