How about if you put which plan you are doing for that day, then people can let you know if there is something else you should be/not be having.

400g extra lean miced beef

Do you think so? I have been so good and unofficial weigh in at work with the girls shows only a pound loss ache I am so disappointed. I am going to SW group Saturday morning and am hoping for a bit more then that. I know I should be happy but I stick to plan 100%

Yes you are ding great. One thing I have learnt is that not t take notice of mid week WI. My weight can fluctuate from day to day but on the WI day shows the proper weight.

Even if you have lost a lb it is good. The sower you lose the longer you maintain. Als lok at the overall picture rather than a week in isolation. even if you lost 1/2 lbs a week on average in a year you lose 2 stone. Just relax and let it happen.

Hi hun here to subscribe - I do EE too and im now finding its easier to write literally everything I eat and drink down in my diary on here.

I have noticed that on 2 of your days you have only had 3 syns?? it is recommended that you have between 5 and 15 a day, maybe you could up them a little? I dont know if you are working on daily or just taking the amount off your weekly allowance as some do. It may help or maybe have a little more for brekki to kick start you. Your meals look really good x

Agree with Texty F about upping the syns a little bit! SW is a balanced diet so you need the bits of fat/sugar in there to keep your metabolism going :) x

I know I should of had more syns but I just didn't get round to it. Will make an effort to eat more for the next week in the hope it will give my weightloss a huge boost
 
Hello Natalie and welcome to my food diary. The thread called "Doing slimming world from home" is fab and everyone is really helpful and friendly. Subscribe to that one if you can as that alone will give you more support then going to group meetings. Post on there that you are new to here and everyone will help you. Keep in touch and have a good, healthy on plan weekend. See you Monday x
