I am getting married on the 26th of July this year and thought it might help me to keep motivated to keep a food diary.
Breakfast 1 banana, 1 yoghurt (woke up late)
Lunch homemade lentil and carrot soup, 2x bred (hx) apple Kitkat 5.5 syns
Dinner Chilli with rice and baked potato 2 syns for a 1/3 of the dried chilli packet mix
Snacks sushi 0.5 syns, Weightwatchers yoghurt
