    Hello So my journey starts tomorrow!!!! Well friday tommorow is the first weigh in and the heaviest of this journey!!!! I have studied the book and have made my shopping list I'm just wondering how to start exercising!!! Xx 9 stone and a bit to lose xx if you want to join me please do!!! I will try updating wen I can xxxxx

    Well I restarting my exercise as been in physio for a while. I would steer clear of anything to high impact as a starting point. How about walking or Zumba. Zumba is great fun have you tried it yet ?
