everything I eat diary of motivation
Well after staying the same this week Im sure I must be eating too much.
I will keep a diary of everything I eat and hopefully someone will read and let me know where Im going wrong.
Starting yesterday I had:
Breakfast - cherry muller light yogurt and a banana.
Lunch - salad and two thin slices of ham and HEA cheese, toffee yogurt and 2 satsumas.
Dinner - turkey meatballs in tomato sauce with spaghetti and a side salad. Melon and grapes.
Snacks/syns - apple, slice wholemeal toast (HEB) curly wurly, 2 thornton chocolates.
Drinks - 6 coffee and 8 water.
Maybe that's just too much.
