    Questions?? please help

    Not sure if I am posting this in the right section, sorry if it is not.

    I have just started SW after not doing it for 18 months, did it for 5 years on and off before this.

    Can you still have a mix and match day? ie Green Breakfast, Red lunch, Green Dinner?

    Also can you still do success express? 2/3 superfree foods and 1/3 free foods (red and Green)

    I am doing SW on line and can not find any reference to them.
