    Graces New Girl Diary x

Hi I'm Grace. I've tried slimming world before on the red and green plan and it seemed to work really well but I slowly without realising started slipping back into old bad habits and before I knew it id completely come off plan lots of takeaways and cosy comfort nights in with the boy. I'm going abroad in June with the boy and the family and im determined to look like a new girl in my bikini. I've decided to have a go at extra easy as it seems like it'll fit in with my lifestyle but im not really sure what to do, I've looked through plenty of diaries on here and I think I've got the jist of it and I've decided to start my own diary. If anyone can see anything wrong please let me know x

Having pasta and sauce for tea, think I might change to a green day so I can have some cheese melted in. So fridge raiders will be about 3 syns as its only a 25g bag and I've seen a 65g bag is 6 syns on a green day. I'll have a yoghurt and another alpen bar for pudding
