so this will be my fresh start diary feel very disappointed as i did well yesterday till i had a flake in.middle of the night forgod sake. Enough is enough ive let every year pass by. hiding myself in summer i dont want to do that anymore new start new me. just got to get through meadowhall today avoiding all bad food.
