    Hello all

    Thought i'd give this food diary thing a go. I normally put it on the S/W website but there is no feedback there.

    Any comments are welcome and thanks for taking the time to read it

    My food isn't very interesting but here goes....

    Weds 6th Feb

    Tea & Splenda 250ml SS Milk HEXA

    Banana and Kelloggs Chewy Delight HEXB

    Salad - cucumber/tomato/lettuce/egg/chicken

    Vanilla mullerlight (would normally have fruit with this but forgot to get it out to defrost)

    Spag bol - extra lean mince/tomatos in basil/mushroom/onion/courgette/carrot/spag bol oxo cubes x 2

    Wholewheat spagetti

    Small bottle of mineral water
    WW cheese puffs - 4 syns
    Lighter than light mayo - 2 tablespoons - 1 syn
    Kelloggs chewy delight - 4 1/2 syns
