Fatty's Food Diary, All the way from Spain :)

So, I'm currently working in Spain and after moving here a few months ago, being surrounded by freshly baked bread and yummy pastries I've gone from a size 12-14 to a 16-18 :(
I was doing weight watchers in Ireland I went from an 18 to a 12-14 so being in Spain has undone all my hard work!

I really couldn't get into WW here and so many of my friends have had huge loses on SW and after reading so many inspiring posts on here I thought it was about time I tried it!

I decided to keep a food diary on here as I'm a serial sabotager!, I'm fantastic at sabotaging my own diets, reaching for the biscuit tin and unfortunately emptying the tin; I thought by keeping an online food diary and having to honestly share what i'm eating might prevent me from sabotaging myself!

I began yesterday I'm going to try the E/E plan so here's yesterday's diary:

Thanks!, oh blimey thats fab!, My main problem is bread, we buy fresh bread every day and its soooo tasty, its tough trying to resist, but i thought that for lent i would try and give it up, so hopefully that will kick start a little loss!, do you know how i get notified when someone comments on here? or do i need to go back and check every single thread i've posted on to see comments?
Also checked your stats!, REALLY inspiring! and the pics too!, how do you manage to stick too it? i always somehow sabotage myself?.

Thank you! It hasn't been an easy ride for me, I've had my ups and downs but I finally feel as though I'm getting somewhere with it. I'm currently about half way to my target and I made a promise to myself that 2013 would be the year I will get there - no more messing around. I really believe that the key to success with SW is planning. I literally plan all of my weeks meals in advance - it keeps me on the straight and narrow. There's nothing worse than being caught hungry and having nothing planned. That's when it becomes too easy to tuck into the crisps, biscuits, chocolate, etc. Like you, I used to eat lots of bread, but now I've almost completely cut it out of my diet. It takes time but you will get your head around things.

At the top right of the website you should see a tab called "Subscribed Threads" - if you click on that it will take you to a page which lists all threads you're subscribed to (basically any threads you've commented on). Any threads that have unread posts in will be in bold writing xx
