Red day today
A 250ml semi skim milk
A 5 laughing cow light
B 2 breakfast biscuits
B 200g new potatoes
Breakfast:- was strawberries kiwi and pear covered in yogurt with the breakfast biscuits
Lunch:- was eggs and ham
Tea:- is melt in the middle burgers with wedges and carrots and I've had a snack if a banana and yogurt
I've just about hauled my fat a55 back on the wagon after a few days just having what I want if my words the guilt!! Xx

Well back to slimming world and enjoying it! Going away in July hope to lose a stone an half if I can I think it's reasonable amount to lose in 12 weeks :-) xx
