New plan - New Me :) Green & Red days
Hey everyone :)
I have done so many diets. I have tried anything. last sept I started calorie controlling and actually lost 2.5 stone and got to 11st 6 lbs. then gave up smoking 2nd jan, I am now 12st2 :(. Really want to get back on track and continue loosing weight, to get to 10st10lbs. So I thought a new plan might give me a boost. My weigh in day is actually a Friday but I'm going to start tomorrow anyway to give myself a bit of a heads up for Friday.
So tomorrows plan:
Tuesday 12th feb - RED day
250ml semi skimmed milk (HEA)
Breakfast - 35g porridge (HEB), cinnamon, apple (sf)
Lunch - Bacon, ham, quorn pieces, pickled onions, boiled egg, cucumber (sf), tomato (sf), watercress (sf)
Dinner - chicken breast, 28g Philadelphia garlic and herb (2 syns) bacon, broccoli(sf), sweetcorn (f)
Snacks - carrots (sf), banana (sf), apple (sf), 2x alpen bars (HEB)
Wednesday 13th feb - Green Day
250ml semi skimmed milk (HEA)
Breakfast - Swiss Bircher (HEA - splash milk/HEB Porridge)
Lunch - Jacket Potato with low fat cottage cheese, red onion (sf), garlic salt, green beans (sf), carrots (sf), peas (f)
Dinner - Pasta N Sauce tomato and herb (Free), carrots (sf), broccoli (sf)
Snacks - 2x alpen bars (HEB)
Hope this looks ok and I'm doing it right - fingers crossed
