    New plan - New Me :) Green & Red days

    Hey everyone


    I have done so many diets. I have tried anything. last sept I started calorie controlling and actually lost 2.5 stone and got to 11st 6 lbs. then gave up smoking 2nd jan, I am now 12st2 . Really want to get back on track and continue loosing weight, to get to 10st10lbs. So I thought a new plan might give me a boost. My weigh in day is actually a Friday but I'm going to start tomorrow anyway to give myself a bit of a heads up for Friday.

    So tomorrows plan:

    Tuesday 12th feb - RED day

    250ml semi skimmed milk (HEA)

    Breakfast - 35g porridge (HEB), cinnamon, apple (sf)

    Lunch - Bacon, ham, quorn pieces, pickled onions, boiled egg, cucumber (sf), tomato (sf), watercress (sf)

    Dinner - chicken breast, 28g Philadelphia garlic and herb (2 syns) bacon, broccoli(sf), sweetcorn (f)

    Snacks - carrots (sf), banana (sf), apple (sf), 2x alpen bars (HEB)

    Wednesday 13th feb - Green Day

    250ml semi skimmed milk (HEA)

    Breakfast - Swiss Bircher (HEA - splash milk/HEB Porridge)

    Lunch - Jacket Potato with low fat cottage cheese, red onion (sf), garlic salt, green beans (sf), carrots (sf), peas (f)

    Dinner - Pasta N Sauce tomato and herb (Free), carrots (sf), broccoli (sf)

    Snacks - 2x alpen bars (HEB)

    Hope this looks ok and I'm doing it right - fingers crossed

    Sorry haven't been on here in a while. These are my next load of menus . I hope I'm doing this right.

    Thurs 14th feb - RED

    250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEA)

    Breakfast - strawberries, muller light yogurt, banana

    Lunch - 6x ryvitas wholegrain cracker bread (HEB), tub extra light Philadelphia (HEA), cucumber(sf), lettuce(sf), tomato(sf), pickled onions, ham, cottage cheese.

    Dinner - SW burgers made with lamb, BNS chips(SF), broccoli (SF), cucumber(SF), tomato(SF)

    Snack - 2x alpen bars (HEB)


    Friday 15th feb - RED day

    250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEA)

    Breakfast - Swiss Bircher (HEB)

    Lunch - 6x ryvita wholegrain crackerbread (HEB), tub extra light Philadelphia (HEA), cucumber(sf), lettuce(sf), tomato(sf), pickled onions, ham, cottage cheese.

    Dinner - didn't eat any

    Snack - banana

    Sat 16th feb - had an off day :s didn't follow the plan. Didn't over indulge but I eat out and ended up having cottage pie mushy peas and gravy. Was unsure of the syns.

    Sunday 17th feb - Green day

    250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEA)

    Breakfast - 30g all-bran golden crunch (HEB), muller light vanilla, strawberries, blueberries

    Lunch - jacket potato, cottage cheese, red onion, garlic salt, cucumber, tomato

    Dinner - Batchelors pasta N sauce cheese and broccoli (0.5 syns), cucumber, tomato

    Snacks - 2x alpen bars (HEB)

    Supposed to be going out for a meal today. Always have trouble with finding things to eat in pubs by me as everything has sauce with it. Arghh lol

    Update my last two days. Havent had no replys yet so again in hoping this is all ok. Doing three night shifts in a row

    Tuesday 19th feb - GREEN

    250ml semi skimmes milk (HEA)

    B: 30g all-bran golden crunch (heb), blueberries, strawberries, mullerlight vanilla yog

    L: 3x crackerbread and light philadelphia (?2 syns). Jacket pot, beans, cucumber, tomato. 35g light philadelphia (1/2 hea)

    D: 6xryvita crackerbread (heb), 35g light philadelphia (1/2 hea), ham, lettuce, cucumber, pickled onion

    S: activia snackpot, apple, tangerine, hot choc caramel options (2 syns), 2x babybell mini (4 syns).

    Wed 20th feb - GREEN

    250ml semi skimmes milk (HEA)

    B: activia snackpot peach, tangerine, apple

    L: 2x crackerbread and light philadelphia (?2 syns). Jacket pot, beans, cucumber, tomato. 2x tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn)

    D: 6xryvita crackerbread (heb), 35g light philadelphia (1/2 hea), ham, lettuce, cucumber, pickled onion, egg

    S: 2x alpen light bar (heb), fruit, 2x babybell lights (hea)
