Done plenty of diets.......shakes.fasting.WW.atkins,SF and slimming world.
All great but some need a lot more will power than others.have done well on sw in the past and kept most of the weight off.
Recently done slim and save.and its great but I want something that's for life so I'm back.
Won't be going to the meetings as even though I think they help that little niggly voice tells me I could be spending the money on a gym membership lol
Weigh ins will be at home on wednesdays.and ill mostly be doing EE.

So yesterday I had
Breakfast - scrambled egg with mushrooms.onions and tomatoes free
Lunch-Mullerlight and salad free
Dinner- bachelors macaroni cheese (1.5syns I think)
Pork with fat taken off
Spinach,broccoli and cauliflower
Sprinkling of cheese 5syns
Chocolate bar 9syns
HEB not used
HEA used on milk

Today for breakfast I didn't have any small Warburton bread.so I had 2 slices of the 50/50 bread(they were really thin slices)I know its 5 syns per slice but does anyone know if I can use my HEB for one slice? Xx
So I've been doing well.lost a couple of lbs but official weigh in isn't until Wednesday.ran out of small wholemeal bread so I've had best of both.
So breakfast 2 slices of best of both 9syns
