Hi Everyone
I started SW last Saturday at a group for the first time. I decided that for me to fully do it and stay on track was to start the actual group. I was going to do it at home as i sort of know the plan, but i need that little push lol.
So im going to be starting a food diary tomorrow after my first weigh in
Would love to have any advice etc.

Also, I have been on here before but still cant get my head around it yet!

Didn't get in until 11ish. Lost 6lbs my first week.
