vintage*miss food diary :)
ok so not yet officially started as dont do my weekly shop until fri, but thought would still record my daily food intake rather than *wait until monday* and put on another 3lbs !!
bfast: 2 boiled eggs / 2 small wmeal toast (cut into soldiers) with scrapping l/f spread
lunch: small bowl pasta, tomato/basil sauce, 1/3 frankfurter cut into it and smidge grated cheese . low fat fruit yogurt
dinner: chicken kiev, mash made with l/f spread, broccoli and cpl tsp sweetcorn
other: 4 cups tea s/sk milk, 2 t spoons sugar, curly wurly
not too bad, not typical sw day but lot less than i might have allowed myself had i not been *cutting back*
